Since the end of the 1940's we have been producing in different variations for ladies' and men's trousers, suits, jeans and denim wear: glued waistbands, sewn bands with visible or concealed seams, and bands with shirt stoppers or printed motifs.

We base our manufacturing on washing values demanded by our customers (up to 95°C bio-wash), the lengthways elasticity and cross-stability of the band and we take into account requirements for print and woven tapes, design and material selection.

We offer a large selection of tapes made from polyamide and polyester and material compositions with different weights, colours and finishing for strengthening and binding pockets and other seams.

The tapes prevent damage to the seam from pointed items such as keys or scissors. The tape also supports the shape of the pocket.

The fly piece inside the trousers protects the wearer's skin from direct contact with the zip. The material matches the trousers and waistband.

We offer fly pieces in our current collections together with a matching waistband and pocket lining.

We have matching pocket linings for our waistband collection. Depending on the requirements for use and design, the materials are available in different materials and threads as well as various bindings (twill, fish bone etc.).

Belt loops are subject to heavy wear when the belt is passed through them and therefore they have to be reinforced. Weaves or fleece integrated under the loops stabilise and shape the loop.

Our belt loop bands are available in different finishings and iron coatings.

Bridle tapes can be integrated into various areas of the jacket. They support, for example, the shaping in the sleeve or on the collar and assist stabilising. This facilitates equal gathering on the rounded edges and increases the seams' strength.

According to the customer's requirements, we offer these tapes with different elasticity.

Inlays are used, for example, in trousers, jackets or shirts. They are produced by us from weaves, knitted fabrics or fleece in all widths. The inlay is coated as required. They can be activated with heat. After hardening, the inlay stabilises, for example, the collar, and gives it its shape.

Our special tape with a gutta-percha coating is especially ideal for leather clothing or for fur processing. We make the coated tape from viscose or cotton in all widths.

Because of the relaxed weave binding and the corresponding coating, the article is adhesive on both sides and does not spread.The coating hardens and shapes within a few seconds, fixing and supporting the material.
