Here are your specific responsibilities: 

• You will lead and mentor a team of four employees and support them in their daily tasks
• You will ensure that ordered goods reach customers on time and coordinate any changes to the process with the relevant departments
• You will be responsible for customs procedures, ensure compliance with all customs regulations, and serve as the primary point of contact for all customs-related matters
• You communicate professionally and reliably with freight forwarders and parcel services to ensure a smooth shipping process
• You handle all important shipping documents such as delivery notes, invoices, customs documents, and waybills
• You manage, plan, and monitor the entire shipping process and continuously optimize it

What you bring to the table: 

• You have a business administration degree or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in customs and export processing (e.g., ATLAS, preferential tariffs)
• You have experience in shipping, logistics, or order processing
• You are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics NAV or Business Central)

• You have good written and spoken English skills
