These are your specific tasks:

• You will be responsible for several of our 50 tube weaving machines. You will use them to produce technical fabrics that are mainly used in German premium cars
• You will prepare the machines for production, operate them during production and ensure that they run smoothly and produce the required quality

What you bring along:

Ideally, you will have completed training as a machine and plant operator - weaving mill (m/f/d). However, we are also happy to welcome career changers. The following characterises you as a career changer:

• You can well imagine working with weaving machines and producing fabrics
• Weaving machines are mechanically very complex - you have the necessary technical understanding for this
• You speak German well (at least level B2)
• You are reliable, flexible, resilient, committed and responsible
• You are willing to work 2 shifts (no night shifts!)
• You are skilful with your fingers and do not have limited hand-eye coordination
