Whistleblower protection
Topp Textil GmbH is committed to acting responsibly and lawfully. In order to identify and remedy potential violations at an early stage, we have set up an internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
Purpose of the whistleblower system
The whistleblower system enables employees and external persons to confidentially report legal violations or significant rule violations in connection with our company. This applies in particular to:
- Violations of criminal or administrative fine regulations,
- Violations of regulations for the protection of life, health, and safety,
- Corruption, fraud, or embezzlement,
- Violations of environmental, data protection, or labor regulations,
Other significant violations of internal company guidelines.
Confidentiality and protection
- The identity of the whistleblower and all persons named in the report will be treated as strictly confidential.
- Whistleblowers are protected from discrimination or reprisals as a result of a report.
- Reports can be submitted anonymously.
