Punched Tapes

Topp Textil produces high-quality punched tapes in Germany and Romania in a wide variety of widths and punchings. The existing punching lines save garment manufacturers the time-consuming task of marking and drawing breakage lines. In addition, they also serve as guidelines for sewing.

Punched tapes are mainly used in the garment industry. Interlinings, which are used e.g. in trousers, jackets or shirts, are produced from different materials in different widths. Depending on the requirements, the interlining can be coated and activated by a defined temperature. After hardening, the interlining stabilises the collar, for example, and gives it its shape.

For the punched textile cut tapes, mainly non-woven and woven interlinings made of different fibres are used as basic goods. In addition, there are the various possibilities of colours and coatings. Topp Textil guarantees a punching accuracy of +/- 1 mm for its punched tapes in widths from 20 mm to 100 mm.
